The Bosch MUM5X734 helps you knead, stir, beat, and shred. The 1,000-watt motor offers seven speed settings and a pulse setting. The integrated scale allows you to weigh ingredients directly in the bowl.
The 3.9-liter stainless steel bowl is suitable for up to 2.7 kg of cake batter or 1.9 kg of yeast dough. The planetary mixing system moves the tools through the bowl and mixes the ingredients evenly.
Additionally included are a plastic mixing bowl, a blender attachment, and a continuous shredder with three discs. The lift-up mixing arm makes changing tools easier.
